Unique design but tight quarters

The staff was incredibly welcoming and caring, making my stay feel special. The riverview from the large windows lit up the room beautifully and was a great way to start the day.

The fully tasty breakfast and the motorized curtains added a luxurious touch to our stay, enhancing our time in a great couples-friendly atmosphere.

We really enjoyed the serene ambiance of the riverfront, and the nearby Alkaff Bridge was a good spot to relax. The kids loved splashing in the rooftop pool while my mother appreciated the dedicated service from the staff, who were always on hand to help.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

Loved the amazing rooftop pool and complimentary bicycles. The Bose speaker in the room was a nice touch. Plus, the mini bar had some cool snacks! Really enjoyed the convenient location near nightlife.

The Intercontinental has a great location and the staff exhibits remarkable friendliness and professionalism. Checking in was straightforward, and I loved the bright ambiance in the lobby. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the decor felt high-end. I particularly appreciated the luxurious toiletries in the bathroom, adding a nice touch to the stay. However, the room size surprised me. It felt cramped for a five-star hotel. The bathroom layout is not ideal, lacking privacy. it’s essentially a cubicle setup. I also faced a delay in check-in, waiting an extra three hours which was frustrating. The breakfast area felt crowded and the selection was limited, leaving me wanting more choices. I expected more from a hotel at this price point. Wouldn't recommend a stay if you're particularly sensitive to these shortcomings.

It was a well-suited match for a weekend trip in Singapore with outstanding value for money. The room was cozy, and the staff was polite during check-in. Make sure to try the pasta. it’s decent for a quick bite.

The staff provided excellent service during my stay. The room felt a bit cramped for two. Convenient location near bike rentals and walking tours.

We upgraded to the Top Floor room and absolutely loved the stunning views and spacious design. Enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful outdoor pool and loved the comfy sun loungers. Just a heads-up, the restaurant prices are pretty steep, but everything else was top-notch! 🌟
